Influencecd by the great cartoonists of the 1960s, Rick Humphrey began doing cartoon illustrations at an early age. His first published cartoons appeared in his high school newspaper and later in TV Guide. Some of his clients have included Yamaha, Arrowhead Water and NBC. Over the years he has produced countless illustrations specializing in watercolor and pen & ink. His commissioned portraits are popular for portraying the interest and hobbies of his subjects in a manner reminiscent of the great caricature artists of the golden age of illustration.
